Very polite people to work with. The repair process was clearly explained to me and the repair was well done. The Mel Rapton team did a very good job updating me about my car's repair until the day I was able to pick up my car. Also, not only my car was repaired, but I notice something different about my car after I brought it home. My front driver and passenger rubber mats and dashboard seemed to be very clean. All my tires were sprayed and my headlights seemed to be more clear and shiny as if it was buffed. I don't know what extra care they had given to my car but I would personally like to thank the Mel Raton team for for taking good care of my car while it's being repaired. It was great working with them. I am completely satisfied with their service.

I would like to thank Robert at Mel Rapton Collision Center for keeping me informed regarding each step of the lengthy process that it took to fully repair our 2009 Subaru Forester.
