Thank you SO much for taking Covid-19 crisis so seriously. People have no idea how important this is and I appreciate your efforts to keep your customers safe despite the hassle. I wish all businesses were so sensitive to safety - but then again - look at Subaru & [LOVE] all the safety features other cars are just trying to catch up to. Why would we expect anything less? :-) The work was done well, friendliness & professionalism of employees was great and the only suggestion I might have would be to offer "loaner cars" rather than having to rent. And when there was a distinct possibility it would be an extra day before I got my car back, they made a special effort to get it to me on the original day promised.
