It took way too long to completely fix my vehicle, over a month and a half. They called said my vehicle was done. I drove all the way there to find my car still had dings and the headliner was destroyed and unacceptable. When I finally picked up my vehicle I noticed a few chips on my front bumper that were not there when I origanally dropped my vehicle off and my car was not clean inside or out.

Although the job was delayed SEVERAL times due to parts unavailability (not the fault of this facility) and is NOT yet complete (for the same reason); I found that the communication lines were kept open and I was updated during the process. So far, I find CarStar to be courteous and professional. I look forward to seeing the job completed in the near future and WOULD recommend CarStar as a repair facility.
