The workmanship and the service were very good. My only issue is that when I first brought my van in for repair I was quoted a price of 749 and change. I had to sign a document on the price and I never received a copy of that document. On the day of my pick up I was called and notified that there was a price increase on the hinges and that my new total was 861.33. I own and operate a remodeling business and I have to honor signed contracts regardless of material price increases. I feel that this reflects poorly on the Fred Beans brand. I would also like to mention that I am a past customer of Fred Beans and purchased my GMC work van in 2003. Again, I would like to state that I am quite satisfied with the service as well as the workmanship I just felt blindsided by the last minute price increase but had no choice but to pay it because I need my work van for my business.

It took 3 appointments to have my side mirror replaced. The first appointment the wrong part had een ordered. Then it took an in ordinate amount of time for the correct part to come in several weeks beyond what I had been told. For the second appointment, the mirror hadn't been painted, so I had to come back for a third appointment the following day. This required taking off from work on three different occasions, which was a major inconvenience and very frustrating, especially for such a minor repair.
