My service advisor, Jim Toth, was great. Also, when I realized that I needed my front license plate put back on, he had one of his service guys come out and put it on for me. The only issue I had/have is with the person who greets customers, Dana. Dana needs an attitude adjustment. After a week of waiting for a call back about my repair, and not receiving it, I called her back. She told me that my paperwork ended up in the towing department. Dana was the last person to have my paperwork, so she, in my opinion, misplaced it. She is very abrupt and basically rude. She is not the type of person you want as the first face you see when you are already upset about a repair. Other than that little crimp in the foil, everything else was wonderful.

Jim and Brian provided me with updates daily on the progress of the repairs. Copies of the estimates were provided so that I was aware of cost of the repairs. The car was completed in a timely manner and I am very satisfied with the repairs.
