The estimate did not have all the repairs in it, which caused extra days at the shop. We received a text message that car would be finished on Friday at 4. We then received another text 20 minutes before we were leaving to pick up the car that it would not be ready till Monday. Meanwhile, the car was supposed to be inspected in Saturday and I was leaving for business on Monday. I was told that I can just rent a car. I was then told that the car can get inspected before we picked up the car. When my wife picked up the car, the inspection was not completed.
