Your service writer was less than honest. I had talked with the insurance adjuster and appraiser day of accident Explained the accident and damage done and a A problem with it not starting on several occasions on the the day of the accident. Witness by Les Schwab employees and the Rental car employees at interstate. Didn't start 4 times that day out of maybe 20 starts. Had to wait 20 to 30 minutes then it would start. Now keep in mind I've used your body shop on several occasions over the last 40 years and have purchased over 15 cars. When I got to the body shop I showed Ken the damage and he started telling me what would AND would not be covered. I tried to explain how the accident happen I was broad sided and bump in the rear when the other driver tried to drive off. He told me he didn't think it made sense so he wouldn't put it down. CALL me and I'll explain the rest. I have no intention of ever returning to the dealership. Or recommending it as I have FOR 40 years.

The end product looked good. But the inside of my car had dirt and white footprints all over the back, there was white stuff inside the car on the floor, back door and side. It even was dripped onto the console from whoever was moving it. It was easy to wipe off...I just thought my car would be as clean as I had left it. The back door handle was broke and now had to be ordered and my car brought back. My car was already gone over 5 days and the car was suppose to be buffed at the same time and that was forgotten. Now I have to take my car up again for that. Not 100% happy with that
