They put the same bumper back on the truck from the accident. It is still bent out of shape as compared to the left side and the black scratched and other markings are still on the bumper that I can not get off and your folks could not get off either. I want the bumper changed out so it doesn't look bent all the time. At the time of the appraisal the appraiser even said that because the bumper mount was crushed in they were going to have to pull it and realign the mounts and put on a new bumper. The impact was enough to bend the bumper and push it into the truck bed, it's bent and they did not replace it. Everything else is very good, just please put on a straight new bumper, not the wrecked bent bumper. Thanks.

There is still a paint chip on the front hood. I was told to go buy the paint for it and they would put it on for me. Which does not make sense since it was payed by my insurance and payed my deductible. I feel it should have been include.
