Car took longer than estimated. I never received text messages on my progress like I was told I would. I gave them my cell number to use and they didn't take my number down. I was told I needed to go back for another part to be attached to my vehicle that would only take 15 min but it turned out to be an hour. Just became very inconvenient with my work schedule. Other than that everyone I spoke tio was very kind and helpful when they could be.
