Terrible communication. Say it will be ready on a certain day and it's not ready by then nor did we get a call to say it's not going to be ready. Never get a call back.
Detailing department didn't buff scratches out of paint after being told and left wax paste in all the creases of the car.

The repair looks excellent I am very happy with that. But when the interior got cleaned whatever was used to clean it got sprayed everywhere. So there is spots where it was used. Rather just have it left dirty and I'd clean it myself.

I am extremely pleased with the results of the repairs that were made on my car. What was frustrating was that I was initially advised my car would be finished in 3 days, then it was 4 days. On the 4th day I was told the car was on the way to completion. That afternoon I anticipated a call to pick up my car. None came. I finally called and was advised that a part that was ordered just showed up that afternoon and the tech was already gone for the day. No one contacted me about this issue. Then I was advised the car would be completed on Monday morning. If I had been told early on that the car may take additional time, due to a part that was needed, I would have understood. Instead, I felt I was not provided with good up to date information. Other than that I am totally satisfied with the great job that was done. Just needed better communication from the staff.

Car was not completed on original schedule even though I received texts saying it was being taken in and it was on schedule. It wasn't even started in the three days it was left there. I was told it fell between the cracks because someone was out unexpectedly. Isn't there supposed to be someone in charge of making sure that person's work is picked up by someone else? At a minimum shouldn't whoever sends the texts quoting the status of the repair have a list of where repairs are actually at? I was given $50 off which is appreciated, but it does not fully compensate me for the gas mileage lost while my car was just sitting there for no reason, nor does it cover the headache of juggling cars around.

I received a text letting me know that my car was done but when I went to pick it up I noticed the paint didn't match. I also called earlier in the morning to make sure that they had fixed the gas lid and the lady that I spoke to put me on hold to go check, she came back on the phone to tell me that yes it was fixed and she had checked it herself. I noticed that it wasn't fixed! So, as unhappy as I was I told the man that I didn't like the work at all! He said that he would talk to his manager in the morning and refix the work. Usually I'm happy with having work done at Bob Halls auto body but this time i really wasn't.

I asked how much it would cost for me to get yall to change the AC relay. It was well over 100 bucks for a part I ordered for 5 bucks and it took me 10 minutes to fix on my own. Glad I called my normal mechanic prior to oking the relay repair.

After picking up our car, we made a stop and went to leave-- car would not start. Finally got it to start and came home-- again car would not start. We have never, not once had an issue with our car until after leaving it in your care. My husband called yesterday afternoon and was told he would get a returned call... a day later and still no call! Still having issues with car, and due to our work schedules today we were unable to take it there with our concerns today. We will be going so that everything can be checked and issue can be fixed! Never the less this was the first and last time we will use your facility for any autobody repair, there is a lack of customer service when there is no return call and a car we purchased from your Honda lot brand new is now (after being left with your auto boy shop for repairs) is having mechanical issues!
