It mostly went very smoothly and everyone was really nice. I was told that my car would be ready at ****:00 p.m. today, so I showed up a little later than that, just to give you guys a little buffer, and it still wasn't ready. That's the bad part.
The good part is that I was given a ride home (because I had already returned the rental car) and my car was delivered to my home a little over an hour later.
I know this may seem petty, but I had the schedule from hell today and had everything figured out carefully (and a bit tightly). In the end, I made everything work and nothing got short-changed. It just made for a little more stressful day than I was expecting.
Jaime and Fernando were both awesome, by the way.
So "completely satisfied," no, but **** close.
