Try to be more accurate in determining pick up time/day. It’s ok if it’s going to take longer than originally quoted, it helps in arranging transportation to pick up the car. I was quoted 4 PM, then 4:24 PM then it was early the next morning which actually turned out to be 11 AM ,fortunately I had transportation available.
