It took from Wednesday to Monday for Blake's to submit the repar estimate to USAA, and that was only after I called you on Saturday and again on Monday. Once the estimate went through the work was done well and quickly. Jose was very customer focused, explained everything clearly, and kept me abreast of the progress as the repair was being done.

The car was dropped off on on September 19 & was finished & ready for pickup late Monday afternoon October 12. Why did it take 23 days to complete the work on this car? Then I told Sue that I need to pickup the car on Saturday because of my work hours. So October 10 was the day & she called me & told me it wasn't ready on the 10th. So Monday she called & left a message that the car was ready for pickup when she knew I couldn't get there because of my work hours. So I had to take a day off work on Thursday just to pick up my car. She left the keys in the car & walked away. Never did a walk around the car to show me what kind of work was done. Then when I got inside the car the car mat was all dirty & muddy. Very disappointed in Brake Auto Body & Service. And now since the car was reported finished on Monday October 12 to State Farm by you. I had to pay for 2 extra days of keeping the rental car out of pocket. No I won't be using Blake Auto Body in the future. This car accident was not my fault. The other party was 100% at fault. I regret not going thru Geico & having them handle this. Instead of State Farm who recommend Blake Auto Body shop.
