You were very efficient, from the time I stepped inside, it took at the most 15 minutes to get my car in and get the estimate, you set up the rental even though it was not covered in my insurance, I thank you for the time and dedication your workers took to satisfy my expectations. I have 25 years of experience driving a car and I have never had to deal with an insurance claim nevertheless I didn't know what go expect from this type of experience but I am really pleased with your service and dedicatuin, you all ROCKED!!!!

I was told my vehicle would be ready on Friday, I was called on Friday and told it was not ready and it would be ready on Monday. I was called on Monday and told the part did not come in and my vehicle would be ready on Tuesday. I was then called again on Tuesday that they were overnighting the part and it would for sure be ready on Wednesday. I was contacted on Wednesday that I could pick up my vehicle at 4:30 on Wednesday. I arrived at 4:45 to pick up my vehicle. I was assisted by sue she took my deductible payment and told me to meet her outside. Sue went to get my vehicle and came back and said that they did not wash the vehicle and asked me if I wanted to wait or if I didn't she could give me a car wash coupon. I told her I would just take the coupon. She said great and went in to grab the coupon. She came out and gave me the coupon handed me the keys and went back in side. I assumed that when a vehicle gets repaired someone went over the work that was done with the customer. I went ahead and looked over the work by myself, I first noticed that there were scratches on the bumper. I then noticed there was 2 different headlights. I went back in and asked to speak to sue. She went out side with me and said the scratches were from the molding of the bumper and that they were normal. She said both lights were not covered by my insurance and that I was lucky because my one light was not as bad as she has seen. I told her thanks for her help and left. I got home and my husband looked at the work and also noticed that there was no guard put on between the grill and the radiator. When driving if rocks etc come through the grill they will go directly into the radiator and damage it. I have a call into my insurance company about the lights etc. I just feel there was a huge lack of costumer service provided by your employees I think the vehicle should have been inspected with me, I should not have had to go in and ask her questions. I should have also been told up front that my insurance would not cover the other light and given the option to pay out of pocket for one or contacted my insurance company.

I need to return post 30 for final 3Mfilm application after paint cures. Disappointed that dash wasn't dusted or rugs vacuumed (visible dust foot prints). I understand wash and detail will be completed when I return for final application after curing. Would have made me feel special if gesture of quick freshing before pickup.
