For future the detail team needs to clean up all the white dust inside door panel and gas tank. Other than that it was good

Everything was facilitated smoothly. Your direct connection with State Farm meant that I didn't have to deal with them! I was impressed that William called and kept us informed each step of the way. The car looks great. The easy connection with Enterprise made it an especially smooth experience.
However, I was disappointed that everything is addressed to my husband ****. I brought the car in, stayed in touch, picked it up and paid for it. Sexism is so often encountered in business yet I am forever disappointed.

William did a great job handling the repair of my car and comminicating with me daily. I wanted to make sure the car was returned to its pre-collision operating status. When it needed more attention he went back to State Farm to make sure they would cover the additional parts and service. I liked the working relationship between Blakes and Hertz rental cars. That made it so easy for me to have Blakes call Hertz for my rental car and I left the Hertz rental car at Blakes and they took care of returning it to Hertz. Everything was well done. Thank you
