My Mercedes was damaged during the Santa Rosa fire. While I was away on a pre-planned trip the Mercedes dealer contacted Blake's to see if they could squeeze my car in for repairs because I was away on a pre-planned trip. Blake's was so accommodating and did squeeze my car in. In the interim a part was needed from Germany which took 2 weeks to receive. Once the part was received Blake's jumped on it and completed the repairs. They kept me apprised with updates as they went along which is so atypical. Management of this company should be applauded. This is what true customer service is which every company claims to give but rarely delivers. Very pleased.
