I am so impressed with my entire experience with Blake’s. My brand new car was hit while it was parked and a note wasn’t left, so I had to deal with my insurance company-I was really nervous because I have never had a claim before and didn’t know how to even go about getting my car repaired. I spoke with a few people that I know who work in insurance and they all recommended Blake’s so when Farmers gave me a few options of where to take my car, I opted for Blake’s. I received a phone call from them almost immediately after telling my agent I wanted to work with them and they explained everything, set up an appointment for me to come in to get an estimate and followed up before my scheduled date. They were professional and attentive. When I brought my car for the repairs, they asked if I wanted a rental and when I declined, they made sure that I had a ride home and then they kept in touch with me to update me on the repairs via email, phone calls and texts. They had told me the repairs would take 5-6 days but my car was ready within two-amazing! I am extremely happy with my experience-it took the stress out of having a damanged vehicle and have to deal with insurance. Thank you Blake’s!
