When I first took the car in for inspection I let them know the areas of compact the car had and only one of the paces was repaired. I then had to take the car back for a second time and they still forgot to put on the decal for the finishing touch. My car is still making a rattling noise from the accident and nothing has been done about it, super disappointed.

Whenever damage is done to "my baby" (E55 AMG) I always go to Blakes. Anthony always has a smile on his face and provides excellent customer service from A-Z which also shows in his teams performance. This is so critical because a negative situation is what always brings me to Blakes, but it always turns out positive because my baby is like new when I get her back, every time! Please tell the technicians that their attention to detail does NOT go unnoticed and clients like me who are VERY detail orientated appreciate and value what they do! Was told the job would be one full day, could pick it up o the second day. I brought it in early as the parts were received on the Thursday and balance on Friday, so I brought it in on Friday. Couldn't pick it up monday, nor Tuesday, nor wednesday. Message left at the end of the day on Wednesday, so I picked it up on Thursday morning. So that is five days for repairs. My replacement auto cost me 10. a day more that the insurance covered. Which came out to an additional 50 because they charge you for the day you drop it off even though it was in the morning. In the past I never had this problem.

People are great at blakes. Service is great. Suggestion is more procedural. Don't tell people when the car will Be done until you know for real. The traffic situation today is such that getting to you is a royal pain in the neck. People at blakes are great. Workmanship great. So what's the problem? I was out of the country. Got an email mid week saying the car would be done Friday. That was the big mistake. I asked if monday was ok. Someone said yes. And I flew in at midnight Sunday night. My husband drove me up on Monday morning and the car wasn't done. Fernando said he tried to call me several times and I totally believe him.,.its just that I couldn't get those messages and I had received word via email that it would be done. It created a need for a rental car, threw off my first morning back at work quite badly... Here's the thing: getting to blakes is actually not so easy anymore depending on the time of day. One can absolutely forget getting to you in the evenings. It had taken me ****.5 hours to get there from Russian hill to drop it off....I couldn't show up by 5:00. So you see, because of traffic now, getting to Blakes can be like driving to the airport. I'd just suggest that you make it policy to tell customers to always call and confirm before they head up there. That's all.
