From the first point of contact to the last, the customer service I received from Blake's was excellent. Fernando was encouraging about being able to find used replacement parts for my discontined-model Saab and repairing the damage for a reasonable estimate. He communicated with me regularly by email with updates, and the total cost came in close to the estimate. The car looked fantastic when I picked it up, fully repaired and cleaned. In comparison, when I initially brought the Saab to G and C, who we've used in the past, they were pessimistic about finding replacement parts, their estimate was much higher, and they never called me back to say whether they could find the parts or not. We will definitely return to Blake's for future car repairs, for the exceptional work and customer service! Thank you!

The repair took far too long. Going by your estimates, I had arranged my work schedule for a 7/8 completion, then 7/12, and could not in the end pick up my car until 7/13 because a cracked tail light was only discovered on 7/12. When I finally got the car, the gas tank lid was obviously out of alignment and my daughter and I both noticed it. Why didn't your professionals notice it? I will never recommend Blake's San Rafael to anyone.
