I was not satisfied with how I found the inside of my vehicle when returned to me. It was dirty, had white powder like on trunk area, also found "carved" like marks on plastic around the back window . Also the handle on the interior of the door was loose. I believe there was no cleanup inspection.

I am very happy with Blake's. The service was delightful. Ben was very kind and helpful. They made an annoying sitiation pleasant and easy. Also, I so very excited that the whole inside of my car was cleaned. I was not expecting that. It was so dirty, I was embarrassed to bring it in. That suprise alone, almost made it worth it to have some dumb dumb back into my car. Sorry to whoever had to get in my dirty, dog hair covered car. Thank you guys! Awesome work and service.

The repair was done well. The service writer dropped the **** and didn't order the parts when he agreed to. I first talked to him on the 18th of Aug. He said he would call me on the 29th to schedule the repair. When I called on the 30th, the parts had not been ordered.I called again on Sept. 2 and he told me to bring in my car for repair on Tuesday, the day after Labor Day. When I brought the car in, there was no repair order for it. Luckily, Mark wrote up an order and my car was repaired (completed one day later than expected because of a poor paint match). I am very pleased with the body work--and the scheduling was not satisfactory to me.
