The people were great.
I loved the wax job on my car.
The trunk lid does not meet evenly on the edges by the hinges and hits on the bottom of the lip. Also the latch hits a little off-center. There is a gap around the bottom of the left brake light. The right one is seated properly and there is no gap.
I know you did not experience the doorlock problem after the car was put back together. I just got my car back yesterday and I haven't noticed it locking/ unlocking unpredictably yet. I will let you know if it is still having a problem with locking or staying locked.

There was a layer of dust from sanding all over the inside of my van. The seats, dash, floor and my equipment in the cargo area. I don’t know if that material is healthy to breathe. I would think that the workmen could have taped and plasticed off the inside to prevent this. The body work repair looks good.

Unfortunately there are several issues with the repair. First of all, the paint on the inside of the door has gobs/drips of paint left in 4 places. It looks quite shoddy. Also, the black plastic pieces on the exterior of the door have been damaged. They are significantly scratched and appear to be used pieces. This vehicle was brand new before the accident occurred. The light grey leather seats were stained in multiple places during the work process. Lastly, the sliding door that was replaced is failing to close. It gets to the closing point and then reverses course. Before the repair work, this door had not failed once (even after it was damaged in the car accident). We are very disappointed with these issues.
