Ryan was very courteous. He was extremely prompt and proactive about keeping me updated about the progress of the work done on my car.
It's crazy what a good job he did - the last place I visited tried to rip me off and the customer service experience was abysmal.
Carstar Ballard and Ryan were absolutely flawless.
