The repairs were done to my my satisfaction but the rental car process was not. I was told I would have a rental waiting on me and when I got there, it wasn't even noted on my paperwork that I was getting one. Then, I had to ride to Farmington to get the car. And then wait approximately an hour for the car. That part was horrible.
