For being upfront and honest about what you were actually seeing versus looking at pictures. Once my vehicle was determined as a total loss, you put my plates inside my car allowing only myself to retrieve them.

Very courteous, repairs flawless. Returned for bumper bolt cap and rattle was coming from truck, worker asked to pop hood to make sure it was not fan bearings but it turned out to be broken bolts on heat shield clamp, which he removed clamp half that was causing the rattle. Very much appreciate the kindness and caring in these crazy days.
