The service experience was excellent. I would've liked less communication since it was very repetitive and when I arrived for pick up the office was empty for over 5 minutes and I wasn't sure if I went to the wrong place to leave the rntal.

The paint smell inside my car (when the engine is warm) is so strong I have had a buzzed headache everytime I have to drive my car. Not sure how paint got on the inside of the hood, but it is not very safe for me to be driving around like that.
Also, I am extremely unhappy with my alignment. My car pulls to the left when I'm driving. Did anyone check that the alignment was correct?
This is very inconvenient. I'm a single mom of 3 kids and work 2 jobs...My car is going to have to be re-aligned and it's not convenient to keep coming back to your shop.
