Everyone was very professional and explained things thoroughly. I appreciated and cried when I got into my car and it was washed and vacuumed. I had been trying to get to the car wash to clean it and has no time. Never received response from 3D on the front bumper scratch fix. Though 3D did good job fixing the insurance covered damages, the front scratched could have been fixed since I have been asking for it multiple times
