I was referred to Murray’s Collision Center by a guy who’d ran his own shop for 40+ years and is now retired. I am so happy I took my car here for repair. This is terrible and my car is not deemed safe to even drive. I was even refused to have it in writing that it was. The hood will not lock in place. It has been pushed back, towards the front windshield, almost covering my wiper blades. This is VERY unsafe! I have a wife and a one year old I have to chaperone daily! The power locks are acting wacky, as in unlocking and locking when the power lock button is hit on the driver side door. The driver side door makes a loud squeak when opened, as if the impact of the accident may of had an affect on the dynamics of the car. I’m sorry but this is unacceptable!

The entire process was so seamlessly easy. Murray's worked with my insurance and worked with Enterprise so I didn't have to schedule or call anyone, everything was taken care of for me. Not only that but everyone who worked there was super friendly and helpful, which created a nice atmosphere. Murray's was recommended to me, and I will now be recommending Murray's to everyone I know.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful and I am happy with the service done on my car. The only negative was when got my car I noticed that my bag with a pair of pants that I left in the front seat was missing. I asked to see if they had seen the bag and everyone called around to see if it was mis placed but never found it. I call the next day and still no luck, it was a little frustrating because I was happy with my service done on my car but now I am missing a pair of pants and my bag. I am still hoping that that someone could find my missing stuff from my car. It was a Trader Joe’s reusable tote bag with a pair of grey pants thy still has tags on them. My number is+****-****-xxxx
