I just picked up my car today and the neck rests were not taken to the Mercedes dealership to have it reset. I was told initially when I called this afternoon, that I needed to tell you all that the neck/ head rests needed to be reset. I am sure it was included in the Allstate estimate bc I discussed it with him. He handed me to the regular guy that was my contact, and he is handling it for me.,,, he will call me tomorrow with instructions for getting it done. Other than they, it was very good!!!!
