I was totally shocked when I received emails and phone calls letting me know the status of my repairs after dropping my car off at West Coast Collision. Thank goodness I never had to bring a car in for repairs before but my experience has West Coast was what I would hope all companies would be like but unfortunately they're not. They did a beautiful job on my car and they have a wonderful group of people employed there also. I give them an A rating.
