I think what made me most comfortable and confident about Hertrich repairing my Subaru Forester was that Ben was willing to spend so much time talking to me about my car and explaining the repairs that would be necessary. He was respectful but not condescending. We found that we both had a military connection, his wife and my former husband. He was very easy to talk to and didn't feel that any question was too elementary. He did an excellent job and gave me a very positive impression of Hertrich.
