Not much to say - a professional operation - I set up an appointment, contact USAA, the Center advises USAA of the proposed work and contacts the rental company (or USAA does); the work is done in a reasonable amount of time, and I pick up my vehicle. All smooth and done in estimated time; work looks good (no paint drips and such). In the past I have found that sometimes it takes much longer than the time estimate originally given out, which can be annoying.
