I have used Wreck A Mend in the past so was used to someone coming out with me to inspect the car after the repair was completed. I had to mention this to Joel who finally did this. I also am not sure why a car wasn't reserved for me prior to my bringing the car to Wreck a Mend. I arrived at Enterprise and they knew nothing about a rental for me.
