The owner of Harry's does not care what I have to say nor does he any longer care about the quality of his repairs. He only cares about how much money he makes. He should give his good techs a raise and fire 3/4 of the rest of the rest of them. This use to a good shop. He's lucky I and others detest Yelp.

Never received my weekly text updates. Always had to call/email first. The only time I received the text was to answer this survey. Waiting time at the repair center to drop off / pick up is at least 30 minutes. Other than that everything was good.
