While the repairs were of great quality, and Jose, the rep at Harry's for famers, was outstanding in the attentiveness to the service he provided...some of the other staff lacked the professionalism. I can understand that mechanic's reputation proceeds them, but a particular instance with a certain individual at Harry's, was a case for sexually harassment and public embarrassment. I cannot for one second conceive that the owner would condone his employees to treat his customers in such a way, to the point of a lawsuit. It ruined the entire experience completely. If it wasn't for the excellent customer service Jose provided, I would NEVER consider returning.

My car was not done properly and still had marks on it I had to leave it for another day or two and they promised that they would get rid of the water spots and squirrels on my car that was not there when I brought it in when I got my car back it still was exactly the same they did nothing and somebody drove my car 12 miles because I had the mileage and when I got it back it was 12 miles traveled on it And someone left in my car something that said LC salvage cars with the telephone number and my music on my radio was playing Hispanic music which I don't understand all in all it was not a good time for me there Jonathan I left messages and he never called me back and when I came to get my car he did not greet me and explain to me everything so the service from the girls at the front desk was good but all in all I would not recommend based on my experience

The staff at Harry's are exemplary and I appreciated everyone from the valet to the front desk to the two agents, Johnathan and Michelle, who helped me from the start through to the finish. Even Johnathan personally touched up a scratch I made on the car years ago. Your survey asked me if I was 'completely satisfied', and I was not. The repairs are absolutely incredible, and I am impressed at the skill level. Because of the excellence that was demonstrated to me from the beginning, I am shocked and surprised that my vehicle was not only quite filthy upon pickup but quite literally a hazard to drive. The front window was so dirty from being washed with a dirty cloth, that as I drove home, the glare of the sun set off extreme stress because my vision and view was quite restricted. As long as I have owned this vehicle, my windows have never had this incredible hazard. As the side windows were dirty as well, it was the mirrors that were so stained with water marks, that they were also an incredible safety hazard, beyond anything I have experienced. I have not cleaned the car yet, and as I was about to schedule to have it detailed, I exchanged eMails with Johnathan and he said to bring it in for an exterior wash. The vehicle also has material on it, that includes what I am guessing to be tree sap and other debris. I would be satisfied, even though I have to come back, to have the exterior detailed, as opposed to an exterior wash. The vehicle is quite literally the dirtiest it has been, ever, never mind the extreme stress I had driving it, because of the front window and the mirrors, from where you are to where I live in Studio City. And also, not as a hazard, but the whole vehicle and ALL the windows have a smudgy greasy film on the surfaces. Please advise.

Not only was my vehicle three days late but Mr. Morales was very cold and uncaring about it. He failed to update me as promised on 11/25. He wasn't friendly or polite when I spoke with him and never apolgized for the inconvenience nor did he offer me a loaner car which left me without a vehicle over Thanksgiving. Finally, when I picked my vehicle up he never introduced himsel or acknowledged the three day delay in returning my car. I also found that my front license plate was not attached to my vehicle. In fact he didn't know where it was and eventually had someone come to locate it and attach it, but only after I insisted.

James was very nice and helpful.
