I was told 4 different dates when my car would be repaired and I always had to call to check on my car. The receptionist phone attitude wasn't friendly towards me. Jose Guzman was nice and helpful but I wish the repair dates and updates were on time.

The body repair looks good. However, I am missing a piece from the interior of the vehicle. It is a rubber lining that fits into a small compartment in the dash next to the cigarette lighter. Well , my car body repair was truly a joke to begin with . I totally feel now I made a mistake by coming to your car garage , as my both headlights were cracked , and my front left Fog light weren't working , and bumper lip setting was uneven , and I had a nail in my tire while my car delivery .. Geico customer care was totally shocked listening to the state I recive my car , as I truly thought I was in the right hands .. Having said that , I truly would I want my car to be fixed asap without having to wait anymore extra time , and really do my body work , which isn't any body work anyways , it was only replacement of parts , even that simple job they Cosby deliver with utter professionalism .. Waiting to hear back asap
