Even though I did not receive my car on the several different days as was expected but the manner in which I received the news was extremely professional. Edison was simply great. However,a scrape on my left mirror caused by the accident was missed. I am hoping that can be rectified.

Loved the text messaging for updates on my repair. However, it kept telling me the work would be competed by July 24. (I dropped off my car on July 6) July 24 came and went and I never received another text. I called on the 24th and was told it wouldn't be ready until the 26th. Was told on the 26th that I would get a call back the next day. I was never called. I finally called again on the 29th and was told it would be ready at 3:30. It finally was. I incurred 6 addition days of rental car costs out of pocket. That said the staff was amazingly good thru it all.

I felt that the guy assigned to my repairs Daniel Porter was rude to me when I picked up my vehicle. I had a question about an abnormality I saw on my front bumper, it was not referenced in the diagram I signed when I dropped my car off detailing pre-existing "damage". He immediately got defensive and told me that section wasn't even touched during the repairs. He went back inside to look at pictures of my car, but when I asked questions he got upset and said I'd need to speak with the AAA representative that helped me when I brought my car there a couple months back. At that point I gave up talking to him, he obviously wasn't interested in helping me or answering my questions or concerns. After I got my things out of the rental, he didn't even come out to give me the keys to my car, shake my hand, and thank me for doing business with Harry's. Based on that experience I can't say I'd feel welcome back at Harry's, and if I did return I definitely wouldn't want to deal with him. After my first visit in March/April I referred someone there for repairs on their car. Not sure if I'd do that again.....

David took great care of me. I was constantly in the loop and he couldn't have made the process any faster or easier. My only note would be that at other places in the past if I brought my car in for a significant repair then the outside & inside would have been detailed prior to pick up (or at least well cleaned)... and that is the only criticism I had, but hey, people are busy so the most important thing is that my car Is fixed like new :)
