Everyone was incredibly nice from the first phone call to picking up my "finished" car. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs car work!!

The repair work done to my car was great. The customer service was okay. The interaction in person was decent; however, communication between the insurance companies, and me was terrible. I understand the relationships can be difficult to maintain, but I ended up having to constantly check in on my vehicle's status. My vehicle was deemed not driveable according the estimator, but the insurance company told me the vehicle was listed as driveable. These inconsistencies made my overall experience distasteful. The representative also tried to push how these reviews are heavily graded and to leave a good review.

The service was very good. When my car was not ready I received a call letting me know. The staff was very friendly plus my car looked brand new. This service made me very happy and this is not the first time I have went here to get my car fixed.

I believe the actual work done was not completely professional results. When I picked up my vehicle there was bondo puddy all over the steering wheel and stick shift as well as blue paper towels and sanding pads left in the back of my vehicle. Shabby attention to detail on body work and paint.

Can see primer thru the paint repair and there's trash in the clear toward the front of the left bed side. The body shop is going to repaint, so we will see how the second time goes? So at least they are standing behind it.
