The repair took three times longer than it should have due to ordering the wrong parts, damaged parts that were ordered, and failure to match the vehicle paint. The delays cause additional charges for vehicle rentals and overall frustration.

Improper fitting of hood and front bumper assembly looked unprofessional. There was also a paint chip on a quarter panel seam on the driver's side. I was told the job was complete and I could come pick up my vehicle. I refused to take delivery and was told that it should be ready by tomorrow, Wednesday, on the 29th of October. I wasted over an hour of my day due to the inadequate quality control standards used during my repair. Hopefully it is truly ready when I'm called for the second time. My time is available to both me and the U.S. Army!

The front bumper has a flaw in the chrome finish and it is mounted crooked. I will call on Monday for follow up repair. This should've never made it past the QC process, it is very obvious to the naked eye.
