Gwen took me step by step through the process; explained the repairs that were needed, detailed the time, showed me on the vehicle, and arranged the rental for the time my truck was in the shop. I appreciated the quality of customer received I had with Davidson Collision. Although my main point of contact was Gwen and my experience was great I had a feeling that the entire office had the same quality of customer service.

Have some hours on the weekend for estimates. Drop off service was nice but the paperwork shouldn't show personal info on the outside since it falls to the floor and anyone can read it through the window.

The car seems to be ok. The customer service for a long term client that did all her car business with this company and has been for years was absolutely lacking. I hope it was worth loosing a good customer! I will never put foot inside for any of my business and family. As an established business and personality I was never treated so bad. I'll do my future business somewhere where customer service and long time client does still means something and personal relationship means more than a check.
