I was very dissatisfied with the service from Southloop body shop. Firstly, there was confusion about what needed to be fixed on the car although it was clearly specified in the claim and in person. When the repairs from the accident were complete, I picked up my vehicle and my back-up camera was not working ( it worked before the accident). I contacted the body shop and they told me to bring the vehicle in so that they could check to make sure everything was reconnected. They supposedly put the car on a machine and told me they could not find any issues; however, the camera still dos not work. . I took it to the dealer and they found that several modules had been unplugged. I am currently fighting with StateFarm about covering this issue that was clearly caused by Southloop body shop. I will not refer this shop to anyone and would like StateFatm to do the same.

I appreciate that South Loop kept me fully informed about the status of my repair. I received update calls regularly. And, if personal contact was not made with me, I received both a voicemail and an email. That high level of customer service is quite rare. Most importantly, the repair itself was excellent. My car looks great. Thank you for doing such a phenomenal job!

I was told the parking sensors were working when they were not. I had to make to trips to pick up my car when it should have been only one. Time off of work can be costly.

I will never bring any of my vehicles or will I refer anyone to this body shop, additionally I have notified my insurance about your lack of quality service. Plus, people like Carlos need to be trained as it related to customer etiquette and honesty.
