I made an appointment weeks in advance to drop my car off on a Monday morning. I had to make special arrangements with my work in order to accommodate this appointment time. However, the first update I received from you in email was on Tuesday, January 8 (one day after my appointment), and the update stated that my car had been placed into the work queue on that day. Then, later that week, I received another update that the original estimated completion date of Friday, January 11 had been updated to Monday, January 14. Having scheduled my appointment weeks in advance, my expectation was that you would begin to service my car on the day it was dropped off. That did not happen. Finally, when I picked up my car, I was not provided with the paperwork that stated that the repairs had a lifetime guarantee. I was told (by Nationwide) I had to go and pick up the paperwork myself. I made them email it to me, but the point is, it was not given to me when I picked up the car.

The work on the car was excellent, and could not be distinguished from the original. My issue was with a lack of communication. Once I dropped the car off, I had to initiate the majority of any conversations. Other than calling to tell my when it was finished, I did not hear from you. And then I had to have you contact Nationwide to confirm that the other party had accepted responsibility and the deductible should have been waived, even though this information was supposedly given to you already.
I would have preferred updates of when you were beginning the work, an estimated completion date and any other key information along the way.

I waited nearly a month for my Jeep to be completed and received 3 different dates informing me of when it would be completed. Once I brought my Jeep home, molding on my rear passenger door came off and I had to return to the shop for another hour and a half to have repaired.
