Very disorganized. The insurance company USAA was prompt and provide courteous service. Enterprise Rental was phenomenal. My Hampton Chevrolet experience was nothing short of frustrating.
The adjuster provided a full estimate and faxed it to your shop. I faxed it to your shop twice and no one could find it.Oh, abd was told I needed to bring the car in to get an estimate. SO...I had the insurance company to send it again and followed up **** day later to be told you didnt have it! So, I showed up on a Tuesday morning making me late for work. ..and all of a sudden you have the information from the insurance company AND you realize I dont need an estimate from your shop...But I only needed to sign an authorization.
Delayed about 7 days because of this...

Overall they did a good job fixing the damage from my accident however, upon picking up my vehicle I noticed some paint damage to the passenger side view mirror frame that was not there prior to me dropping off my vehicle. The customer service was great, but by trusting my vehicle to you, I would expect to have my car returned with no additional damage.
