They were very thorough and worked quickly to get my vehicle back to me in a reasonable amount of time. I was disappointed that some papers were thrown out of my vehicle and the interior cleaned after stating twice (once when I first dropped it off) that I absolutely did not want it cleaned under any circumstances. That being ignored was disheartening.
