mine was a collision repair, for which the other driver's insurer assumed responsibility. my car was repaired extremely well. upon leaving, i discovered one minor oversight, brought the car back later the same day and the issue was resolved promptly, respectfully. i wss treated professionally and courteously throughout the repair process by all staff. Addison assisted ne in dealing with the insurer and the rental car company, which was reassuring and stress reducing. they were communicative with me and all parties and thorough. based upon my experiences, i would recommend Addison without hesitation or reservation.

Very professional, knowledgeable and the work is always done in a timely manner. They even wash the entire vehicle, vacuum and make it smell good which with dogs can be tuff to do. The staff is top notch. Highly recommend if your vehicle has been in an accident.
