When I picked up the truck, the front of the truck looked good for the most part. I had one concern, as there was a small chip directly next to the new grill that was installed that looked like it could have been touched up pretty easy. Where I was not happy at all was the extra work on the rear fenders. Don't get me wrong, the paint looked GREAT. I was highly impressed with the turnout on the actual paint. My issue is with the oversight on protective stickers they put on. There were bubbles on both sides and they were really bad on the drivers side. I took pictures and it looked terrible. I was just kind of puzzled on how it made it through a final inspection. I understand with the weather and pulling it in and out something could have happened, but I was frustrated i kept getting updates and they kept pushing so hard to get it done by thursday night that i told the lady at the front office i wouldnt even be able to pick it up that night so i would rather them do it right then get it done quick. When i showed up friday morning, after i had already returned my rental car, i was kind of shocked that it passed a final expection, and now i have to drop the truck back off again this next week. Anyways, I worked with Joe and he committed to making it right. so I am waiting to hear when they can schedule it this coming week and think I will be a satisfied customer when it's all done.- Ryan

Addison Collision exceeded my expectations. I was told the repair would take two days and it truly only took two days. I was informed throughout the two days where I am usually uninformed and not contacted until I can pick my vehicle up. Everyone was pleasant and helpful! If I have any future vehicle problems, I will definitely head to Addison Collision.
