Everyone at Crestview is fantastic Erica and Erin so helpful however my experience and observation with the lady at the desk is so different. She is rude and very defensive with my self and other customers. She makes you feel like you are inconveniencing her but asking questions! I have been to Crestview several times and I have always experienced such helpfulness! The new lady at the desk needs extensive customer service training!! Also my favorite convenience you offer is having the Enterprise car rental available! Keep it up for the community and for your customers!! The lady at the desk is very annoyed and bothered by the car rental she stated she tries to ignore anyone over there and I realize this may be tiresome for someone at the desk with multiple questions about the car rental however the rudeness projects as negativity reflected upon Cresrview. I would take my business elsewhere if I were a first time customer to Cresrview however my experience in the past with Erica is why we stay with Crestview. Also from a new customer perspective renting a car I would never come back and if I needed repairs to my car in the future I would choose another car shop because of the first impression you receive at the desk. These types of situations are stressful enough with out being made you are an Inconvenience! Thank you again Dena

The lady at the front desk was a blessing. I had such a terrible experience with my insurance company (USAA) it was a blessing dealing with your employees at Crestview. They are all professional. If I need any body work done with any vehicle I will have it done at Crestview. Again I want to say the lady at the desk was the best.

Repairs were done in a timely and efficient manner. Staff was friendly and helpful. Repair work to my vehicle was done to my satisfaction and I would definately recommend Crestview to anyone looking for body work! Thank you!
