my front bumper is not aligned correctly and the side panel air bag inside the vehicle is stick out its not on correctly and it's all scruffed up you guys said vehicle would be done June 26th and today July 11th I received the vehicle and it's improperly fixed in disappointed at the lact of effort and the impatientence that was put into fixing my truck even after keeping it 2 Extra weeks and the fact that I had to pay 450 outta pocket for those to weeks for the rental car and you guys offered to pay July 7-10th that is absurd to me completely I was so patient with collision when I was told June 20th it'll be ready 6 days early then not ready then I was told June 28th not ready then I was told July 2nd then the 5th then the 8th then the 9th then it had a transmission low fluid then the 10th and finally today came and I get the truck not detailed like I was told and the bumper aligned wrong and he airbag panel incorrectly placed I'm very disappionted in the way your company was represented I'm more angry at progressive insurance for pursuing me not to take it to Toyota auto body shop.

This was my first time having to put a car in a shop. Collison Craft made the entire experience easy and stress free. All of the workers I encountered weren't only helpful and informative, but were charming and actually acted like human beings (rare today)! I could go on and on about my satisfaction. Miguel @ Collision Craft was awesome. Most important he informed me of every step in regards to my car. He even had my car done before the date he had said. I was amazed of the great job they did.
