I really appreciated all the updates on my vehical and always knowing what was going on with it. And greatly appreciate the time Steve took to show me and explain what could of happened with the car. I was very pleased with the level of service I received from the people at 1st Certified. Their communication was very good and they seemed genuinely concerned with not only repairing my vehicle quickly but correctly as well. I think you need to let the customer know if your car is really ready before you contact them.I was told my car was done ,was called when I was 2 blocks away when your co.called to tell me they needed **** more part so I had to go back home not once but twice.
