I stopped in to see Nick last Friday (2/8) and showed him the issue I have with my right-side running board. The paperwork mentioned it, but it wasn't fixed as you can still see the scuff marks from the accident and it is sloped. Nick said he'd look into it and get back to us and just waiting to hear from him to proceed. Nick has been great to work with.

My only quibble is with your email notification system giving out dates that seemed like final delivery dates. I actually showed up for one "completion date" to find out the truck wasn't done.
Otherwise, dealing with Nick was great, the truck was done in a timely manner considering the damage. And it looks far better now than before the wreck. The paint job looks so good. You even polished a headlight to match the brand new one.
If the email system would have bold letters saying that it was an estimated time and that a representative will be calling you to confirm final delivery, all would be well. I, unfortunately, have dealt with a few local body shops. This has been the best work done by far.
