John went above and beyond considering my financial situation because I started a new job while my car was in the shop. I rented a car and John understood that I was paying out of pocket for everything. I received a text early that morning that my car was on schedule to be done at 5:00. I left a meeting to get across town to find that it was not done. Bumper was damaged. I should of been informed before I left work early drove all the way over there. Still waiting on a part and still no call about that, it is after 4:00.
